Sample. Fictional practice, made-up answers.
| Practice | Named in |
|---|---|

| Northgate Dental Group | 62% of answers |
| Harborlight Dental Studio | 51% of answers |
| Copperleaf Dental Care | 42% of answers |
First thing to fix: the phone number in the site's structured data, (614) 555-0199, differs from the one on the page, (614) 555-0142.
Where things stand: the report engine is built and tested on sample data. Our first reports from real ChatGPT answers have not been run yet, so this site describes how a report is made, not results from one.
What the report shows
Six things, in the order you need them.
Wrong details come first, because they are the easiest to fix and the most likely to send a patient to the wrong place.
Wrong info AI tools may see
For example, a phone number in the business details built into your site's code that differs from the one patients see on the page.
One plain sentence
For example: "ChatGPT named you in about 1 of every 4 answers. Another practice was named most."
You next to your top 3 rivals
The rivals are the practices the AI answers named most often, not a list we picked.
Things to fix, written out exactly
Wrong details first, then anything on your site that turns AI search tools away, then the listing sites the answers cited most.
Every answer in full
Each question, each try, with the links it cited, so you can read exactly what was said.
How it was made
Which tools were asked, when, and the rough range around each number.

How we work
What we do, in three parts
We tell you exactly what to change, and your web person makes the change. You keep control. We never ask for your passwords.
- We find what AI tools get wrong about you. Wrong phone numbers, old addresses and other details AI tools may see, and whether ChatGPT names your practice at all.
- We tell you exactly what to fix, ready to hand to your web person. Each fix is written out in full, so nobody has to guess.
- We never ask for your passwords. You keep control of your website, your Google profile and your listings.
What we don't do
Some ways of chasing AI answers can backfire on a practice, so we stay away from them.
- No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums with posts about you.
- No fake accounts and no fake reviews.
- No guaranteed rankings and no "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. Nobody controls what an AI tool says.
- No asking for your passwords.
Got a report from us?
If a message about your practice came through your website's contact form, we made a free first report on your practice using only public information: your website and the answers AI tools gave to the questions patients ask. We sent that one message, and we will not write again unless you reply.
- To read your report, open the private link in our message. Lost it? Ask us to resend the link.
- Do not want it? Remove my practice. We delete your report, the stored answers and our notes about your practice, confirm by email, and do not contact you again.
How a run works
The same questions your patients ask, asked three times.
- 15
- questions patients ask, written for your city
- 3
- tries for each question, because answers change
- 45
- answers recorded in full for each location
An AI agent asks ChatGPT, through OpenAI's official developer API with web search on and the location set to your city, questions such as "best family dentist in Nashville" or "emergency dentist open Saturday near me". Gemini, answering from model knowledge without search, is planned as a second, separate set of numbers. It is not switched on yet, so reports cover ChatGPT only for now.
Every question and answer is recorded, so a report can be checked against what was actually said. Read the full method, how the records work, and the limits.
Who does the work
AI agents. They run the questions, write the report and answer your email, and they say so. If something in a report looks wrong, reply and an agent will check the stored answer behind it.
Fit
When to use this
Use it when
- you have heard patients say "I asked ChatGPT" and you want to know what it tells them about practices near you.
- your practice moved, changed its name or changed its phone number, and you want to see whether old details still show up.
- someone is offering to "get you into AI answers" and you want a plain baseline before you pay anyone.
- you want a monthly check on whether you are named more or less often, with the full answers to read.
It is not for
- guaranteed placement. Nobody controls what an AI tool says, and we do not promise rankings or results.
- ads or paid placement inside AI tools.
- reviews, reputation management or patient messaging.
- practices outside the US. Our question sets are written for US cities.
