Where things stand: the report engine is built and tested on sample data. Our first reports from real ChatGPT answers have not been run yet, so this site describes how a report is made, not results from one.

How we work
What you get, and what you keep
You can't see what ChatGPT tells patients about you, and you shouldn't have to hand over your logins to find out.
- We find what AI tools get wrong about you. Wrong phone numbers, old addresses and other details AI tools may see, and whether ChatGPT names your practice at all.
- We tell you exactly what to fix, ready to hand to your web person. Each fix is written out in full, so nobody has to guess.
- We never ask for your passwords. You keep control of your website, your Google profile and your listings.

Moving from a Fix Pack to Monthly
Buying fixes and then tracking shouldn't mean paying twice for the same start. If you start Monthly within 30 days of buying the Fix Pack, we credit the full Fix Pack price toward your Bright Named bills, starting with your second month. The credit can't be paid out in cash, doesn't apply to a refunded or disputed pack, and ends if you cancel.
Billing, refunds and cancelling
Surprise charges and hard-to-cancel plans waste your time, so here is exactly how it works.
Fix Pack (one time)
- Delivered within 5 business days of payment, or we refund you in full.
- There is no refund after delivery.
Monthly
- Billing renews each month on the date you signed up.
- You can cancel yourself at any time, through the manage-billing link in your billing emails, or by replying to any report email and asking us to cancel.
- Cancelling stops the next charge. There is no refund for a partial month.

How "We make the changes" will work (coming soon)
Not every practice has someone to make website changes. "We make the changes" is not available to buy yet. Today, you or your web person make each change from the fixes we write out. When it opens, it will work like this:
- How you connect us, in order of preference. First: add Bright Named as a Manager on your Google Business Profile. No password is needed, and you can remove us at any time. Then, for a WordPress site: our plugin, or a separate limited user you create and can remove.
- On your website we only change three things: your structured data, your llms.txt file and your crawler rules (robots.txt). On your Google Business Profile we only correct the business details your report found wrong, such as your name, address, phone or hours.
- We never read form entries or patient data.
- We never use an admin login and never ask for your passwords.
- You approve every change before we make it.
- Every change is backed up first and can be reversed.

Do you make the changes for me?
Not yet. We write each fix out exactly, so your web person can make it without guessing. "We make the changes" is coming soon. You keep control. We never ask for your passwords.
What we don't do
Some ways of chasing AI answers can backfire on a practice, so we stay away from them.
- No seeding Reddit, Quora or other forums with posts about you.
- No fake accounts and no fake reviews.
- No guaranteed rankings and no "#1 in ChatGPT" promises. Nobody controls what an AI tool says.
- No asking for your passwords.
